MOORE TWP., Pa. – Buoyed by a big win at the Allentown Fair, a well-known Lehigh Valley chef is bringing his culinary chops to a new dining destination in Northampton County.
Ratchaphol “Paul” Rojrattana, who won top honors at this year’s Allentown Fair Iron Chef cooking competition, plans to open Bell Thai Kitchen within the next few weeks at 2716 Community Drive in Moore Township.
