CALERA, Ala. (WIAT) — A hearing Wednesday will determine whether Alabama Power must stop work on a proposed transmission line that would cut through a Shelby County man’s backyard.
Alabama’s 42 has been reporting on Fenn Church’s legal battle against the power company since last month.
