POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 12:42pm after reports of a violent assault with injuries at the Wyndham Garden hotel in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller, a third-party, told police that there was a male beating a female outside of the hotel. The altercation arose out of a custody dispute where the male was attempting to take the child(ren). The male punched the woman multiple times, including hits to the face. She was described as battered and bloody as a result of the assault. It was not reported whether the male left with the child(ren) or not.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown whether the male was located and arrested. No further information is available at this time…
