CLEVELAND (WJW) – The FOX 8 I-Team has found an investigation continues after video captured a suspect flying into a rage in the back of a Cleveland police cruiser and making chilling threats.
The man, Dontay Turpin, was arrested for a warrant on a traffic offense, driving under suspension.
In the video, you see him placed in the back of the cruiser. Police video shows the man kicking wildly and threatening the officers, even sounding a warning about putting a shotgun to a judge’s head.
