After seeing mid to upper 90s for awhile, we’re cooling off a bit. We’ll still be slightly above average for this time of the year, but slightly cooler with low 90s for afternoon highs. We’ll see breezy conditions with an isolated shower or storm still possible today with highs near 90.
It will continue to stay mostly dry through Wednesday with afternoon highs in the lows 90s. Then, a front enters the region mid-to-late week and that will help bump up our rain chances Thursday through Saturday. Even though we’ll seee those rain chances increase, we’re not expecting widespread rain, just remaining scattered. That front then washes out on Sunday and those rain chances decrease the last half of the weekend. FOr the week, afteroon highs will be in the low 90s with heat index values staying below 100°.
