A traveling exhibit debuting in Erie County this fall chronicles the women’s suffrage movement in Pennsylvania.
Created by the Justice Bell Foundation in celebration of America’s 250th birthday, “The Justice Bell and the Fight for the Vote, Pennsylvania Women and the Expansion of Democracy” will be open to the public at Blasco Library beginning Sept. 14. The exhibit later will be displayed in Fairview and North East.
Public programs on the suffrage movement and the “Justice Bell” that was its symbol are also planned.
