Teen arrested two years after deadly Hickory Hill shooting

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 17-year-old suspect was apprehended Friday in connection with a deadly shooting in Hickory Hill that happened nearly three years ago.

Memphis police say the teen is charged with second-degree murder and employment of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.

On May 29, 2024, officers say they responded to a shooting call in the 3800 block of Bald Eagle Drive.
