A scary scene happened over the weekend in Nashville. A singer collapsed while performing on stage in Music City.

Ray LaMontagne performed on September 5 at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. The show was part of his Trouble 20th Anniversary tour. That’s when the singer and songwriter suddenly collapsed on stage. He was in the middle of singing his 2004 track “Jolene.”
According to Consequence, the singer suddenly started grunting at the end of the track. He then appeared to grab the mic stand and fell backwards on the floor. He was still holding his guitar during the scary incident.
Singer Collapses on Stage
In the clip, LaMontagne, 53, could be seen strumming his guitar and singing his 2004 track “Jolene.” But as he reached the end of the track, he could be heard grunting and grabbing the mic stand as he fell backward on the floor while holding his guitar.
Following the incident, LaMontagne’s team took to social media. They explained that the singer is okay. He was suffering from dehydration and that is why he collapsed…
