FORT PIERCE – The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating an incident involving the shooting of a dog at Indian River Estates in the 5900 block of Palm Drive in Fort Pierce on Sept. 6
When a woman arrived home and pulled into her driveway, two dogs approached her car and prevented her from safely exiting, according to a sheriff’s office Facebook posting. She contacted her husband for assistance.
