(WJAR) — The Providence Police Department says a juvenile, who was allegedly fleeing from officers, crashed a moped head-on into a police cruiser over the weekend.
The department says it was responding to calls for several subjects wearing all black and reportedly in possession of knives in the area of 160 Cranston Street on Sunday.
When officers arrived, the department says one juvenile male fled the area on a black moped.
