(FOX40.COM) — A man was arrested Saturday on attempted homicide charges after attacking a woman, according to the Stockton Police Department.
SPD said officers responded around 1:53 a.m. to the 2600 Block of Harrison Street in the Seaport District.
The investigation determined that the victim, a 35-year-old woman, was at the home when the known suspect, 37-year-old David Hurtado, arrived and began an argument.
