Where roads are closed as Hurricane Lowell reaches the islands

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Impacts from Hurricane Lowell — including severe flooding, debris, strong winds, and rising stream levels — have forced the closure of multiple roadways as conditions continue to deteriorate.

On Kauaʻi, Kūhiō Highway near Hanalei Bridge was closed at 10:45 a.m. due to flooding and high stream levels.
