PLYMOUTH — On Saturday, September 5, at approximately 7:32 p.m., Marshall County Central Dispatch was advised of a man
at the Plymouth Speedway with a head injury. Marshall County Officers and Plymouth EMS responded to the scene.
As police arrived, a fight broke out. A man, later identified as Toby Dillian Watson of Ft. Wayne, was pointed out by staff as the one who started the fight. Officers attempted to stop Watson when he took off on foot. Officers apprehended him shortly after and found him to be in possession of a firearm.
Watson was booked into the Marshall County Jail on two level 5 felonies for felon in possession of a firearm and resisting law enforcement causing injury, along with a level 6 felony charge of obstruction of justice…
