Arrest warrant served – Police arrested Xavier Baez, 29, on an arrest warrant, with the original charge being possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, on Sept. 3.
Arrest warrant served – Jose Baez, 72, turned himself in on Sept. 1 after a warrant was issued for his arrest after an investigation request initiated on May 27. The original charges were aggravated indecent assault-person less than 13 years of age, indecent assault-person less than 13 years of age, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor.
