Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputies shot a man in Lancaster Monday who was allegedly armed with a handgun and holding his ex-wife in a headlock.
The shooting happened after deputies responded to a domestic violence call on the 44000 Block of 15th Street at 9:46 a.m.
“The call stated that a male adult, armed with a gun, is the ex-husband of the victim and he is trying to force her into a vehicle,” the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said. “Responding deputies located and contacted the suspect in front of the location. The suspect was in possession of a handgun and he had his ex-wife in a headlock.”
