The Railyard, a $7.5 million mixed-use and mixed-income development coming into Delaware Avenue, will have space for locally based retailers, such as a coffee shop or other food-related tenant, developer says.
Will Hanrahan said that he hopes to bring the “cool momentum” of Pasta Garage, JY Kitchen and Paradise Cycles, which are also on Delaware to the site at 1000 Delaware where the apartments are quickly going up.
“It’s an interesting street, and I’m hopeful that with The Railyard, as with National Avenue, the great things in Kenwick, and plans to improve Winchester Road that we can all work together, and it can be great,” Hanrahan said…
