A man was killed when he was hit by two vehicles Monday morning on Bardstown Road.
Police were called to the intersection of Bardstown Road and Goldsmith Lane just after 6 a.m. on a report that a pedestrian had been hit, according to Louisville Metro Police spokesperson Aaron Ellis. That is right off the Watterson Expressway, before the Costco.
After speaking with witnesses, investigators believe the man was attempting to cross the southbound lanes of Bardstown Road during a green light when he was hit by an SUV in the crosswalk. A short time later a second vehicle hit the man. Both vehicles had the green light…
