A swimming pool rental goes from party to pandemonium at a multi-million dollar home near 4S Ranch on Sunday night.
San Diego police estimated up to 500 people, most of them underage, spilled into the cul-de-sac. They said juveniles had open containers of alcohol out in the street. Others were jumping the fence to get into the backyard.
