EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — An El Paso man was sentenced to seven years in prison last week after police said he tossed a bag of cocaine out of his car during a traffic stop.
As KFOX14/CBS4 previously reported, in May police said 30-year-old Bryan Delara refused to stop near 6100 Alameda and threw a large plastic bag with 74 baggies of cocaine out of his vehicle.
Delara was arrested and charged with the manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, over or equal to 4 grams but less than 200 grams, and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle…
