ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man is due in court later this week for stealing another man’s car at gunpoint in the Soulard neighborhood.
The carjacking happened on Sept. 2 in the 2300 block of South Ninth Street, according to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement.
The victim told police he was getting in his car when he caught sight of somebody in his peripheral vision. He turned his head to see a man pointing a gun at him.
