SAN ANTONIO – A 28-year-old man was hospitalized in critical condition after a motorcycle crash on San Antonio’s East Side, according to San Antonio police.
Sgt. Gross with the San Antonio Police Department’s East Patrol said the initial report indicates the man was riding a motorcycle “at an unsafe speed” while trying to switch lanes, possibly to pass a semi that “might have been making a turn.”
Police said the motorcyclist ended up in the path of an oncoming driver, and a crash occurred that sent the motorcycle to the other side of the roadway. Sgt. Gross said the rider suffered “severe lacerations to the arm,” along with “unknown injuries” internally and “possible head trauma.”…
