HONOLULU (KHON2) — Ahead of Lowell’s arrival, Oʻahu Mayor Rick Blangiardi and first responder agencies will discuss the city’s preparations, response plans and advice for residents.
“We are urging people to prepare now and make a plan,” Blangiardi said. “Do not wait. If you feel unsafe and need a place to stay, go a refuge area.”
