CSRA (WJBF) – The North Augusta Department of Public of Safety has released the incident report concerning the road rage incident that spanned Aiken and Richmond counties over the weekend, leaving a 15-year-old injured.
A 26-year-old white female, Faith Elizabeth Meyers, and 25-year-old Clyde Walter Smith have been identified as suspects in this incident, according to the North Augusta Department of Public Safety.
