GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A Guilford County man was charged with first-degree in connection to the death of a woman, according to the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office.
On October 10, 2023, Christopher Edward Galyean, 47, was charged with assault on a female in connection with an incident involving a woman at Stafford Mill Road.
Shortly after the incident, her health declined, and she was taken to a hospital, where she later died from her injuries…
