THOMPSON’S STATION, Tenn. (WSMV) – During a Williamson, Inc. Policy Talks with municipal mayors of Williamson County, they discussed Costco wanting to put a new store just south of Interstate 840 in Thompson’s Station.
According to Brian Stover, the mayor of Thompson’s Station, GBT Realty purchased land near Highway 31.
Since 2008, the land has reportedly been commercially zoned. HCA Healthcare bought 15 acres of that plot and Costco is planning to buy a section of it, Stover said…
