(WJAR) — A man accused of driving drunk and causing a crash on Route 146 south last month was arraigned on Tuesday.
The wrong-way crash occurred near the Breakneck Hill Road exit at around 9 p.m. on Aug. 29, leaving one person injured.
Kevin Migna is facing charges of DUI resulting in serious bodily injury, reckless driving, and DUI of liquor.
