GRAND ISLE, La. (KLFY) — An Abbeville man was cited for allegedly running an illegal fishing charter business in Jefferson Parish, authorities said.
Glenn Lebouef, 59, of Abbeville, was cited for three counts of failing to comply with charter boat regulations.
