LUBBOCK, Texas — Brian Perez, 35, was indicted today by a Lubbock Grand Jury after physically and sexually assaulting a victim and locked the victim inside a closet back in July.
According to an affidavit obtained by EverythingLubbock.com, officers arrived in the 4500 block of Avenue G on July 2, 2026, and observed a victim had multiple injuries, including a wrist and left eye and blood on her lips.

The victim stated she and Perez got into a verbal altercation, Perez then physically assaulted the victim punching her in the face several times, causing her left eye to shut almost completely and throwing the victim into the closet.
Then Perez pulled the victim out of the closet and began physically and sexually assaulting the victim. Perez took out knives and told the victim that he planned to stab her…
