Inmate at federal Pa. prison indicted on threats against staff

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — An inmate incarcerated at the United States Penitentiary in Allenwood for stabbing a cellmate in Arizona threatened to assault and murder multiple employees of the federal Bureau of Prisons , according to a media release from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

A federal grand jury indicted Robert Foust, 42, on four counts of threatening two corrections officers, a corrections counselor and a prison physician while they were performing their official duties. The threats were made on Aug. 5, 2025, and Nov. 6, 2025…
