INDIANAPOLIS — A person is in critical condition after shooting themselves following a police pursuit early Wednesday morning.
Plainfield police say officers tried to stop the vehicle around 1:27 a.m. because it was speeding. The vehicle’s owner also had an active arrest warrant.
