White Oak’s police chief confirmed investigators recovered two cars stolen from a neighborhood early Monday.
Surveillance video shows around 4:15 a.m. Monday, five people ran through the neighborhood searching for unlocked cars. In two cases, keys had been left in the vehicles, and both cars were stolen.
