CEDAR RAPIDS — An upscale steakhouse will soon close its restaurant operations to the general public.
Peppercorn at the Bank, opened in November 2024 at the historic Peoples Bank near downtown Cedar Rapids, will soon pivot to serve only private bookings like rehearsal dinners and corporate dinners, owners Jude and Carrie Villafana announced in a social media post. Its last day of regular dining service will be Oct. 29.
