Tulsa Police answer questions on license plate reading cameras at Town Hall
TULSA, Okla. – The City of Tulsa and the Tulsa Police Department answered questions about the department’s Real Time Information Center, which manages the city’s license plate reading cameras, at a town hall this week.
Residents had the opportunity to ask TPD questions about their privacy concerns. Several questions focused on the license plate reading cameras, including safeguards for officers, how the cameras work, and how many are in use across Tulsa. TPD says there are currently 107.
