A Universal City man is facing a child indecency charge after police say he admitted to exposing himself to a 6-month-old baby in his care and guiding the child’s hand to touch him.
Jesse Skaggs, 32, was arrested Monday and charged with indecency with a child by sexual contact.
According to an arrest warrant, Skaggs told investigators he was caring for the baby in early 2025 when he had an intrusive sexual thought after being awakened by the child. Police say Skaggs admitted he then exposed himself and guided the baby’s hand to touch him…
