LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Two former employees fired by Wynn Las Vegas have filed federal labor charges that accuse the company of firing employees in retaliation for union support and directing managers to spy on others’ union activity.
Documents containing the charges were filed with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) on Tuesday, Aug. 25. The NLRB hasn’t taken any action.
Hotel workers at Wynn Las Vegas have a union contract through the Culinary Union, but maintenance workers are not in a union, according to a spokesperson for Operating Engineers Local 501.
