TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Pima County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man on domestic violence charges of strangulation and kidnapping.
Ashan Manish Kumar made his initial court appearance Tuesday, September 8, where the judge set bond at $50,000.
