LONGSWAMP TWP., Pa. – On Wednesday morning around 9:45 a.m., Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to Barclay St. for reports of a mental health incident.
Upon arriving at the scene, troopers were made aware of a 39-year-old man who was allegedly having a mental health crisis, police say.
