An Ayer teen was arrested Saturday after he used a license plate to attack several people at a private Boston marina, according to Suffolk County prosecutors.
Joshua Carroll, 18, has been charged with three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and single counts of trespassing and trespassing on a boat in Boston Municipal Court Central, according to court records.
