NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — As Nashville continues to grow, the Nashville International Airport has big expansion plans in the works, including a runway extension project in the approval process.
The FAA has a multi-step approval process, but the Metro Nashville Airport Authority already approved land acquisition agreements for multiple acres of land where they want to extend the runway. These plots have multi-million dollar price tags.
