Stormy Pattern Continues; Drier Air May Arrive Next Week

West Palm Beach, Fla. (WPEC) — The Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches will remain locked in a familiar late-summer weather pattern for the rest of the work week: hot, humid and punctuated by daily showers and thunderstorms.

A steady east to southeast breeze will keep the chance for a few showers and isolated storms near the coast during the morning hours.

As the day heats up, the Atlantic sea breeze will push inland, shifting the greatest storm coverage toward areas west of I-95, Lake Okeechobee and Southwest Florida during the afternoon and evening.
