UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. – The mother of a 15-year-old boy killed in a University City crash that followed a police pursuit has filed a wrongful death lawsuit.
Lynette Agnew formally filed the lawsuit on Sept. 5 against University City and two unidentified police officers.
