Top San Antonio taqueria honors RGV roots with $9.56 lunch specials

Con Huevos has risen to the top of San Antonio’s highly competitive taco scene over its 7-year run, and much of that success can be credited to chef and owner Hugo Garcia’s menu, inspired by his early days in the Rio Grande Valley.
