A new-to-the-valley restaurant is planning another location.
Over Easy has filed application permits to take over the former Blaze Pizza site at The Village at Meridian. According to the application, the restaurant plans to remodel the space’s kitchen, dining room, patio, bar, and restrooms.
As BoiseDev reported, the Arizona restaurant also has plans for a location at The District at Ten Mile. Over Easy co-owner Ryan Field said the company plans to open The Village location in the first quarter of 2027 and the Ten Mile location afterward…
