Like its paths of fantastical creatures, the sale of Timnath’s former Swetsville Zoo property has been a winding journey that may soon come to an end.
After going under contract with a developer in 2022 and the deal seemingly falling through in 2025, the property is under contract once again, listing agent Cathy Montgomery confirmed to the Coloradoan on Sept. 8. Montgomery declined to share more details about the potential sale.
