SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A 19-year-old suspect was arrested on September 3 as part of an investigation into a reported shooting incident after a party in Spokane Valley, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO).
The incident took place around 9:45 p.m. on September 2, with deputies responding to the 500 block of South Van Marter Road.
