CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – A Forest man with warrants for public indecency in Campbell County, and who was arrested in New York City, has been extradited to Virginia.
The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Eli Lemuel Howard was arrested in New York when officers allegedly caught him performing a lewd act in public on the George Washington Bridge.
Howard is being held in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail without bond…
