BEACHWOOD, Ohio — A call that began as a domestic violence matter between a mother and her son ended up with the boy barricading himself in a structure on an apartment building roof.
At 12:25 a.m. Sept. 1, police were called to Beachwood Apartments East, 23511 Chagrin Blvd., on a report of a boy trying to run away.
