JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A mother who witnessed an attempted kidnapping outside Lone Star Elementary School last Friday says she intervened after noticing a man repeatedly driving close to a girl walking near the school.
Jasmine Fisher said the man appeared to inch closer to the girl. She said the girl shook her head no several times.
