INDIANAPOLIS – Shawn Bales has been hard at work trying to restore his parents home in the Ravenswood neighborhood following the historic floods.
“We cut out the drywall. We ripped out all the insulation. We’ve been mitigating with mold mildew killer,” said Bales.
