NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A crash involving multiple vehicles and a flatbed truck sent several people to the hospital and shut down the highway through Old Hickory on Wednesday morning.
According to officers at the scene, units were dispatched to the 1200 block of Robinson Road (Old Hickory Blvd./SR-45) around 7 a.m. for a wreck involving multiple vehicles.
Officers arrived to find four crashed vehicles and debris all over the roadway. They shut down all lanes in both directions as medical personnel arrived and tended to the wounded.
